Northway brings a clear, modern point of view to the ingredients and traditions of the Adirondacks.
We cook over hardwood, buy with the seasons, and let excellent ingredients do the talking. The room is refined but never fussy. The welcome is generous. Come in from the cold, stay for another pour, and make a night of it.
At the table
Our menu follows the region rather than the calendar. These are current favorites; the details shift whenever something better comes through the door.
Close to home
We work with growers, foragers, fishers, and makers from across the North Country. It keeps our menu connected to this place—and gives us a good reason to change it often.
